In June 2020, we set out to determine how talent mobility, specifically employee relocations, might be impacted as the economy continues to change as a result of COVID-19. We surveyed over 700 Human Resources professionals and conducted in-depth interviews with nine senior leaders from HR leaders of Fortune 1000 firms.

We take a deep dive into three trends our research revealed will change the relocation industry for the long term:
