Manager, Partner Ecosystem Operations & Logistics

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:

Self-starting Individual that will oversee activities related to services provided, including analyzing pricing data, placing orders, organizing processes, improving efficiencies, quality and profitability and the overall customer experience.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborates with department leaders and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide effective supplier solutions
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers, monitoring and assessing performance through established metrics and reviews
  • Maintain quality and cost-effective solutions and processes while increasing profitability whenever possible
  • Analyze data and solve any issues by potentially putting alternative plans in place whenever necessary
  • Identify and minimize risk by predicting demand with no overall interruption to the process
  • Follow up after issues arise to ensure effective solutions met/exceeded customer expectations
  • Participate as an advisory member in certain industry groups to optimize exposure and partner relationships
  • Develop meaningful relationships with suppliers to encourage trust and warm leads whenever possible/appropriate to aid in company business development initiatives
  • Ensure data integrity and security with all documentation and system input and outputs
  • Identify & escalate any service issues to department leaders
  • Be accessible to the service needs of clients & transferees including after hours
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Assist with the development of training collateral & quality initiatives for our servicing teams
  • Regular attendance at work is required as an essential job function
  • No supervisory responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • College degree or equivalent five (5) years’ experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of company services and logistics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven skills in multi-tasking and prioritizing are essential
  • Experience in fast-paced, professional environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or process management software
