Corporate Relocation International (CRI) is a privately held relocation management company that provides a broad spectrum of domestic and international mobility services to companies of all sizes.

Simply put, we assist companies with their employee relocations. Our services are two-fold: we support both the client and the employee in a direct way, helping our clients with program development, and helping their employees throughout the move process. Below are more specific descriptions about our client and employee services: 

Program Management

  • Policy Design: Through consultation and benchmarking, we consider our client’s goals and budget to design policies that will suit their employees.
  • Program Administration: Our account team works closely with our client’s team to implement and manage their program across all channels.
  • Ongoing Support and Resources: We meet regularly with our client’s team to ensure their program is on track and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). Ongoing resources include COLAs, cost estimates and benchmarking.
  • Program Analytics: We provide on-demand access to all program details to track and report from at-a-glance to drill-down data.
  • Financial Services: All expenses are managed and tracked with accounting for taxable events, payroll reporting and end of year tax services. 

Relocation Services

  • Policy Administration: Our relocation consultant team works directly with our client’s employees to manage and counsel on all policy benefits, ensuring compliance with their program.
  • Move Management: We manage the transportation of household goods, auto shipments, pet shipments and storage worldwide. All logistics and coordination is managed in-house by our move management team who have a combined experience of over 50 years in the household goods moving industry.
  • Real Estate: Our Real Estate solutions include Home Marketing, Home Sale Assistance, Home Purchase Assistance, Mortgage Services and Rental Assistance.
  • Expense Management: We audit, track, reimburse and report on all expenses associated with assignments and permanent moves.
  • Destination Services: We offer services to help relocating employees and their families settle in to their new location with ease, including finding a school, spousal employment assistance, pet transportation, cultural integration, and more.
  • Temporary Living: We arrange temporary living in the new location for employees while they are awaiting permanent housing. CRI books and manages this service in-house, allowing us to work more efficiently within our client’s policy and budget.
  • Immigration and Global Tax Services: We manage global assignments and moves from end to end with immigration and tax services included to ensure our client’s program remains in compliance.
