Sales Executive


Because we are in the people business, everything we do is driven by customer service. The Sales Executive is responsible for closing sales and expanding market share by winning new business. The role requires an understanding of shareholder value inside and outside the organization, ability to develop relationships with key decision makers and other buyer personas, consistent follow up and follow through on established sales leads, and outstanding skills to match CRI solutions to potential buyer needs. 


  • Meet and exceed sales goals set for the fiscal year
  • Create sales opportunities and nurture a pipeline that consistently fuels ongoing growth within your book of business
  • Collaborate with other internal sales executives to create strategic initiatives and thought leadership
  • Excellent in building prospect and client relationships
  • Exceptional with presenting CRI solutions and value propositions in person or virtual environment
  • Understands, predicts, and ultimately meets and exceeds prospect buyer needs
  • Thrives under high pressure moments and rejection
  • Provide support to closed sales by collaborating with the account management team through implementation until new business is generating client activity, i.e., authorizations



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field


  • 5 or more years in a Sales and or Business Development position
  • Experience in business-to-business, business-to-consumer sales
  • Ability to align solutions to multi-stakeholder challenges and strategically utilize our value propositions to solve customer issues
  • Relocation experience is not required
